James Dutkowski is a distinguished Security Executive with over 25 years of global experience across the United States, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. A former U.S. Reconnaissance Marine, James seamlessly bridges the gap between elite tactical operations and high-level strategic management.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Lady Askari Limited and a Senior Partner at Stalwart Group International, James has earned a reputation as an industry thought leader, recognized for meticulous planning and exceptional client relations. Beyond leadership, he is deeply committed to the security community, serving as Private Chair for the Kenyan OSAC Executive Steering Committee and the Africa Regional Steering Committee.

With a background in hospitality management and community development, Sienna’s focus within the organization is transforming security from an operational function to a customer centric experience. Sienna leads in organizational compliance and professional development. She uses her passion for community development to help elevate women within the security industry and uses Lady Askari to do good within the communities in which the organization operates.
Sienna is a ASIS Foundation Trustee, Board Member of the Global Cybersecurity Advisory Group, a member of the ASIS International Women In Security Steering Committee, ASIS Kenya Membership Chair and Women in Security Liaison for Kenya.

Barbara leads People and Culture at Lady Askari, supporting the company’s HR strategy. She brings strong experience in human resources, employee relations, organizational development, and people-centered leadership.
Her postgraduate training in psychology informs her passion for creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best. Her work is grounded in building effective people systems, accountable leadership, and cultures that support both performance and wellbeing.

Every year, nearly 6,000 Kenyan women die from preventable postpartum hemorrhage due to a lack of blood.
Inspired by our Director Sienna’s near-fatal experience in 2020, Topazaplazma was founded. This became an annual blood drive dedicated to securing life-saving donations and raising awareness about Kenya’s critical blood shortages and maternal health risks.

To combat rising femicide and gender-based violence, Lady Askari delivers specialized personal protection curriculum to at-risk populations, including youth, students, and women.
